FAQ


  1.  We aim to deliver all orders within 1-2 weeks. If your package has not arrived within this timeframe, please reach out to us via email—we’re happy to assist!
  2.  Shirts with base colors other than white or black will arrive at a later date due to international shipping delays.
  3.  If you reach out to us via email, please allow 2-3 business days for a response. We appreciate your patience!
  4.  If the shipping address provided is incomplete or incorrect, the courier may return the package to our facility. In such cases, you’ll be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you.
  5.  Please note that we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. However, if you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, you can request a replacement or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
  6. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
  7.  Due to the fabric properties, the White color variant may appear off-white rather than bright white.
  8.  Please note designs may appear more vibrant on screen than they will on the final product.
  9.  Please disregard and Gildan tags or labels shown in product images. All garments are rebranded with our custom logo before shipping.
